Goodbye

Your hosts, Ken and Robert (1987) Your hosts, Ken and Robert (2015)

Dear Friends,

Since 1987, and after 29 years, Ampersand Guesthouse said goodbye to its last guests in the middle of October. We thank you for your business, your friendship, but mostly for the fond memories we will always have.

Ampersand has been sold as a private residence (actually two private residences, the main house and the cottage separate) so there will no longer be room rentals. We recommend the following places for your next stay in Ptown. All are owned by previous guests of ours: The Inn at Cook Street (John & Patrick), Sage (Jeanne & Diane), the Prince Albert (Bob), and at Captain Jack's Wharf, the units Spindrift, Ribbons, and Bridge (Mark & Yuval). Also, the West end Inn (Warren). Warren's not a previous guest, but an ex-Clevelander like us.

We're buying a condo in town, so we hope to see you soon.

Sincerely,

Robert & Ken
